Hops Bang Out 10-6 Win Versus Portland

The San Diego Hops defeated the Portland Beavers, 10-6, at The Brew Stade today. Leading the charge for San Diego was shortstop Eddie Steele. He went 2 for 4 with a triple, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs. Antonio Rios picked up the win with 5.1 innings of work. He allowed 6 earned runs on 11 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 1. On the season, he is now 2-2. Adam Stoltzfus, credited with the save, is now 1 for 2 in save opportunities.
