Havana and Tonga duked it out at Isle of Destiny and the Stogies came out victorious.

The Havana Stogies got a strong performance from pitcher Lester Bisdu, who stymied the Tonga offense en route to a 1-0 win at Isle of Destiny. The first-place Stogies have won 5 straight.

The Stogies got a big at-bat from second baseman John Oakes. For the game, Oakes was 2-3 with 2 singles. In the top of the fifth, with a runner on 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 52nd hit of the season gave Havana a 1-0 lead.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Bisdu said.
