| Vikings Raise Rally Flag, Beat Okanagan, 4-3 | Victoria left fielder Alex Alfredo played a vital role in his team's 4-3 triumph over Okanagan. He went 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs for Victoria. Zachary Schultz converted his 25th save in 26 tries. Victoria leads the TMLA Earl Weaver Division by 7 games.
Alfredo had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 2-0 fastball from Keon Ford, he banged a solo home run to left, giving the Vikings a 4-3 lead. It was the 9th home run of the year for Alfredo.
After the game, Victoria manager Bernardo Moreno applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
