The Brisbane Bush Wackers and Bethesda Hornets played an exciting game at Baylor Ballpark.

The Brisbane Bush Wackers trumped the Bethesda Hornets, 4-2, at Baylor Ballpark. Brisbane catcher Ramon Hernandez was named player of the game for his performance. He was 3 for 3 with a triple, 2 singles, and was hit by a pitch, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The winner was Patrick Blakey in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Brock Baran took the loss.

Hernandez had a game-changing triple in the bottom of the eighth. On a 3-1 cutter from Brock Baran, he banged a 2-run triple to right-center, giving the Bush Wackers a 4-2 lead. It was the 4th triple of the year for Hernandez.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Brisbane manager Atamas Manas.

The Bush Wackers move to 44-60 with the win, while the Hornets drop to 42-62.
