Victory Pushes Vikings Record to 59-40

Dublin and Williamsport put this game in the books despite some rain.

The Vikings faced a stiff challenge from Williamsport pitcher Francisco Valenzuela, but persevered to claim a win at Valhalla Summit. The final score was 1-0. Valenzuela went 8 innings and allowed 1 earned run. The Vikings bumped their record to 59-40 with this latest triumph.

Franklin Onofre aided the Dublin cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the first. For the game, the third baseman drove in one run.

"It was a tough night at the plate," said Williamsport manager Michael Ashe.
