| Road Warriors Win at Houston, 4-3 | The Westside Road Warriors did just enough to secure a 4-3 victory over the Houston Sting at Woodland Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Chris Hensley, who captured player of the game honors. Jake Pendleton converted his 5th save in 7 tries. Westside bumps their record to 45-51 with the win.
The Road Warriors got a big at-bat from designated hitter Angel Samayoa. For the game, Samayoa was 2 for 3 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the top of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 15th double of the season gave Westside a 3-1 lead.
