The Tree City Black Squirrels defeated the Bethesda Hornets, 11-4. Earning player of the game honors was center fielder Adrian Moylan, who was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Raul Ramos converted his 1st save in 1 tries. The Black Squirrels bumped their record to 52-45 with this latest triumph.

Luis Ramirez, who is tied for 8th in the RA in triples with 3, aided the Tree City cause with a bases-clearing triple in the bottom of the eighth. For the game, the second baseman went 3 for 5 with a triple and a double, while adding 5 RBI.
