| River Chiefs Roll Cyclones, 5-2 | The Chippewa River Chiefs got a strong performance from pitcher Elijah Cooke, who stymied the Coney Island offense en route to a 5-2 win at The Reservation. Cooke went 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 3, and struck out 11. His record improves to 11-3. The River Chiefs bumped their record to 52-43 with this latest triumph.
