| Victory Pushes Kings Record to 48-34 | The Atlantic City Kings picked up a win at Baylor Ballpark, knocking off the Brisbane Bush Wackers, 5-3. Starting pitcher Dani Sánchez, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Sánchez got the win, improving to 5-2. He allowed 2 hits and walked 5 over 6 innings. Sánchez allowed 1 earned run. The Kings bumped their record to 48-34 with this latest triumph.
Atlantic City used the bat of Lance Phillips to get the win. The second baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Kings ahead, 3-1. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it did its damage.
