| Grays Solve Rockhounds, 6-3 | The Georgia Grays trumped the Midland Rockhounds, 6-3, at Field of Dreams. Georgia second baseman Mario Tovar was named player of the game for his performance. He went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Georgia reliever Mike Huerta was the winner. His record is now 6-4. John Denny took the loss. Georgia is now 35-23.
Tovar had an important at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the fifth, when he hit a run-scoring single. The Grays went on to win.
