| Stasi goes 3-for-3 as Jedi Knights Squeeze Past Eugene | The New Orleans Jedi Knights defeated the Eugene Emeralds, 6-5, at Prefontaine Park today. Leading the charge for New Orleans was right fielder Paul Stasi. He was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Geoff Baxter notched his 5th save in 6 chances. With the win over Eugene, the Jedi Knights improved to 44-35.
Early in the game, Stasi had a 3-run home run for New Orleans. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Jedi Knights on top, 4-1.
"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Stasi.
