| Tornadoes Subdue Eureka, 3-1 | J.G. Richard never let Eureka get something going. The Kansas City left-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Tornadoes to a 3-1 win. Richard went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 1, and struck out 10. His record improves to 6-4. The Tornadoes bumped their record to 36-21 with this latest triumph.
