Sweet Spanker hit a 2-run double off Felipe Rodríguez in the top of the fourth, which put the Hops in front, 3-2. In addition to the double, Spanker had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Spanker told the San Diego Daily News. "It's as simple as that."
