| Hornets Bang Out 6-3 Win Versus West Virginia | It was a good time at Hornets Field, where fans came to watch the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws and Bethesda Hornets get after it.
Bethesda starter Mark Doggett pitched effectively against the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws at Hornets Field. The right-hander led his team to a 6-3 win. Brock Baran converted his 2nd save in 3 tries.
The Hornets got a big at-bat from third baseman Orlando Orellana. For the game, Orellana was 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season gave Bethesda a 3-0 lead.
