| Vikings Win at Cambridge, 6-4 | The Dublin Vikings topped the Cambridge Orphans, 6-4, in Donnie Moore League action at Abbey Stadium. The player of the game was Dublin pitcher and Pasadena, Texas native Aaron White. Luis Herrera converted his 24th save in 26 tries. Dublin is now riding a 3-game win streak.
The Vikings got a big at-bat from pinch hitter Carlos Triana. For the game, Triana went 1 for 1 with a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the top of the ninth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 1st double of the season gave Dublin a 5-4 lead.
"We took advantage of our opportunities," White told the Dublin News. "It's as simple as that."
