| Knights Get Road Win, 3-2 | The Coney Island Cyclones got a superb performance from pitcher Alex de la Cruz, but the Kingwood Knights still won the game, 3-2. de la Cruz was named the player of the game despite the loss. He threw 6 innings allowing 3 runs. Mikiya Kubo, credited with the win, is now 6-0. He allowed no runs on no hits in 0.2 innings. Kingwood is now 37-19, 4˝ games up in the Lyman Bostock League Dick Williams Division.
Akira Kaneko, who is tied for 5th in the LBL in bases on balls with 33, aided the Kingwood cause with a run-scoring ground out in the top of the fifth. For the game, the shortstop did the little things right to help the team.
