| Dancin' Outlaws Edge Past Orphans, 3-2 | West Virginia starter Andy Salas pitched effectively against the Cambridge Orphans at Penlee Park. The right-hander led his team to a 3-2 win. The third-place Dancin' Outlaws have won 4 straight.
Juan Arias was the walk-off hero for West Virginia. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Dancin' Outlaws second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring double to send the teams home.
"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said West Virginia skipper Michel Hérault.
