| Lake Monsters Sneak Past Bush Wackers, 7-6 | Okanagan beat Brisbane at Baylor Ballpark, escaping with a 7-6 win. The win in large part was due to second baseman Jonathan King, who earned player of the game honors. He was 2 for 3 with a home run and 3 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The Lake Monsters bumped their record to 27-22 with this latest triumph.
The Lake Monsters got a big at-bat from catcher Leo Martinez. For the game, Martinez went 2-4 with 2 doubles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI. In the top of the sixth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 7th double of the season gave Okanagan a 6-3 lead.
