| Vikings Walk Off with 3-2 Win | The Atlantic City Kings got a sterling performance from pitcher Alejandro Sánchez, but the Vikings still prevailed, 3-2. Sánchez was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He threw 7 innings of 3-hit ball. Losses have been rare for the Kings, who are now 22-9.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Dublin second baseman Raul Lucio, facing Juan López, had a run-scoring ground out. It gave the Vikings the 3-2 win.
Lucio described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
