| Morgan Delivers Walk-Off Win for Knights | Kingwood starter Yoshizo Kanemura had a strong outing against the Coney Island Cyclones at Stable Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 5-4 win. Kingwood reliever Zak Osborn picked up the win to move to 2-1. Bob Downard suffered the loss. Kingwood goes to 20-12 with the win.
The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Kingwood trailing 4-2, Phil Morgan hit a fastball from Bob Downard to right for a 3-run home run. Just like that, the Knights had a walk-off win.
"It's great when the crowd gets into it," Morgan said.
