| Overbey Helps San Angelo Cruise to 10-3 Win | Getting a good performance from catcher Pat Overbey, the San Angelo Mustangs defeated the Okanagan Lake Monsters, 10-3. Overbey was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for the Mustangs. Manny Anchondo picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-2. He struck out 5 in 7 innings. San Angelo, now 6-11, is off to a slow start.
Gabe Gay aided the San Angelo cause with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch in the bottom of the third. For the game, the left fielder drove in one run.
