Cunningham received player of the game honors, while picking up the win. Tree City reliever Bruce Cunningham got the win, raising his record to 2-0. Danny Mena was tagged with the loss. With the win, Tree City improves its record to 5-4.
Craig Norris swatted a 2-run home run for Tree City in the bottom of the third. The right fielder went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and batted in 2.
