The Vikings had to overcome a fine performance from St. Petersburg pitcher Pedro Mendez to grab a 6-3 win at Billy Mathews Field. Mendez allowed 1 earned run over 7 innings. Luis Herrera got the save, the 1st for him this season. The win pushes Dublin to a record of 3-3.
