| Pelicans Prevail, 3-1, Over West Virginia | St. Petersburg starter Manny Lima put a stranglehold on the West Virginia offense. The right-hander had complete command of his fastball in leading the Pelicans to a 3-1 win. The Pelicans, now 3-1, have been playing some good baseball.
