| Mustangs Get Road Win, 7-3 | The Mile High Mustangs topped the Seattle Sasquatch, 7-3, in Thurman Munson League action at Sick's Stadium. The player of the game was Mile High pitcher and Ichihara, Japan native Katsumi Nakata. Nakata went 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 5, and struck out 4. His record improves to 1-1. The Mustangs improve their record to 22-29 with the win over Seattle.
Ruben Estrada drew 1 walk in 5 plate appearances for Mile High. The 34-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring walk off C.J. Harnack. It was his 4th walk of the season.
