| Bush Wackers Win at Cambridge, 4-2 | The Brisbane Bush Wackers picked up a win at Abbey Stadium, knocking off the Cambridge Orphans, 4-2. On the mound for Brisbane was right-hander James Stevens, who played a pivotal role in the win. The Bush Wackers, now 3-1, have been playing some good baseball.
The Bush Wackers got a big at-bat from second baseman Guillermo Posadas. For the game, Posadas was 2-4 with 2 singles. In the top of the second, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 3rd hit of the season gave Brisbane a 1-0 lead.
