| Monarchs Slip Past Bristol, 3-2 | The Marysville Monarchs racked up a win at Ashton Gate, bumping off the Bristol Robins, 3-2. Manny Lima, who started for Marysville, pitched effectively for his team. Marlon Douglas was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 2 of 4 save opportunities. Frank Wickett made it 3-2, Marysville, in the top of the 12th when he reached on an error by the SS, driving in 1 run. It was a big at-bat in the Monarchs win.
