| Cornhuskers Win at Fraser Valley, 8-4 | The DeKalb Cornhuskers stopped the Fraser Valley Black Bears, 8-4, at The Stetson Bowl. The Cornhuskers got a big game from Alejandro Castro, who went 3 for 4 with a triple, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The winner was Jim Spracklin, who threw 83 pitches over 5.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with 4 runs on 5 hits. DeKalb has now won 3 in a row.
