Youngstown played host to Riverside at the friendly confines of Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum.

Youngstown turned a good effort from starter Don Hart into a win over the Riverside Red Bulls at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum. The final score was 7-2. Youngstown now sits in third place in the RCLAA Lou Piniella League at 73-82.

Antonio Carranza, who is tied for 7th in the RAA in extra base hits with 49, aided the Youngstown cause with a run-scoring double in the bottom of the first. For the game, the center fielder was 2 for 4 with a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Carranza told the Youngstown Bulletin.
