| Jiménez Stars for Bullets in 12-6 Win | The Biloxi Bullets grabbed a 12-6 win over the Bristol Robins at Ashton Gate. Biloxi designated hitter Júlio Jiménez was 3 for 5 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 6 runs and scored once to earn player of the game honors. Reliever Danny Suarez picked up the win. His record improves to 2-2. Dale Loder took the loss. The Bullets bumped their record to 82-72 with this latest triumph.
Jiménez had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 1-1 fastball from Dale Loder, he banged a 3-run home run to left-center, giving the Bullets a 7-4 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Jiménez.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Jiménez. "And not try to do too much."
