| Storm Troopers Win at Cincinnati, 6-4 | The San Antonio Storm Troopers beat the Cincinnati Snaps, 6-4, at The Studio. San Antonio designated hitter Chase Hoene earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Ben Charron earned the win for San Antonio. He lasted 5.2 innings, allowing 4 earned runs on 7 hits, while striking out 6. With the win, he raised his record to 4-4. T.J. Hurd earned his 2nd save in 3 chances.
Hoene had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 2-1 sinker from Mike Jones, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Storm Troopers a 6-4 lead. It was the 13th home run of the year for Hoene.
