Red Bulls Squelch Hawks Offense in Shutout Win

Riverside got a strong outing from Chris Ambrose as the Red Bulls defeated the Boise Hawks, 3-0, at Basque Block Field. Riverside is now 85-66, 8½ games up in the RCLAA Lou Piniella League.

Wally Ingraham aided the Riverside cause with a 2-run double in the top of the second. For the game, the second baseman went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI.

"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Ingraham.
