| Black Bears Lose 7-5 Decision to Rats | The Rock River Rats beat the Fraser Valley Black Bears, 7-5, at The Rat Hole. Rock River catcher Nick Dye earned player of the game honors with an outstanding performance. He was 2 for 4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Marvin Duffy earned the win for Rock River. He lasted 5.2 innings, allowing 5 earned runs on 10 hits, while striking out 5. With the win, he raised his record to 10-11.
