| Rhinos Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Rockhounds | The Rhinos faced a stiff challenge from Midland pitcher John Denny, but persevered to claim a win at Field of Dreams. The final score was 5-4. Denny went 7.1 innings and allowed 1 earned run. Rubber City reliever Aidan Carrick picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Neil Vandermark shouldered the loss. Even with the win, the Rhinos have a dismal 12-35 record.
Robbie Sarmiento, who is tied for 5th in the RCL in doubles with 13, aided the Rubber City cause with a run-scoring walk in the top of the ninth. For the game, the first baseman drew 1 walk.
