Rams RF Kanamori goes 3-for-5 in Win

The Riverside Red Bulls and Frisco Rams were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at Red Bull Stadium.

The Frisco Rams topped the Riverside Red Bulls, 13-5, with designated hitter Seiichiro Kanamori playing a big role. Kanamori was 3 for 5 with a home run, a triple, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5 for the Rams in the win. Colin Paradis, credited with the save, is now 1 for 1 in save opportunities.

Kanamori had an important at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the third, when he hit a 2-run triple. The Rams went on to win.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Kanamori.
