| Dawson Helps Bristol Outscore Riverside | The Bristol Robins topped the Riverside Red Bulls, 13-10, in RCLAA action at Red Bull Stadium. The player of the game was Bristol shortstop Andreas Dawson. Even with the win, the Robins have a dismal 51-96 record.
With Bristol trailing 6-4 in the top of the fifth, Dawson hit a fastball from Javier Figueroa for a run-scoring single. It was his 14th hit of the season and put the Robins ahead, 6-5.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Dawson.
