| Hawks Walk Off with 3-2 Win | The Boise Hawks took Pacifica pitcher Ming Lai's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Basque Block Field. The final score had Boise getting past the Shamrocks, 3-2. Lai went 6 innings and allowed 2 earned runs, striking out 6. Boise reliever Josh Jackson picked up the win, upping his record to 2-4. Alexis Nunez took the loss. The last-place Hawks improved to 58-88.
The Hawks got a big at-bat from catcher Victor Chapa. For the game, Chapa was 2 for 5 with 2 doubles, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the 12th, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 9th double of the season gave Boise a 3-2 lead.
