| Mustangs Prevail, 4-2, Over So Cal | The Mile High Mustangs defeated the So Cal Republic, 4-2, at McNichols Stadium. Mile High designated hitter Lance Adams was named player of the game for his superb performance. He was 3-4 with 2 doubles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Amirtharaj Nagaraja earned the save for Mile High, his 2nd of the year. Mile High is now 21-28.
Adams had a key at-bat for Mile High early in the game. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 2-run double. It was his 10th double of the season and gave Mile High an early 2-0 lead.
"I still have a lot of confidence in this team," Mile High manager Kinnojo Shirai said afterward.
