| Shamrocks Prevail, 6-4, Over DeKalb | Pacifica starter Yoichibei Omura pitched effectively against the DeKalb Cornhuskers at McCormick Field. The left-hander led his team to a 6-4 win. Dario Reyes got the save, his 3rd in 6 chances. The Shamrocks bumped their record to 78-67 with this latest triumph.
Jorge Cardenas, who is tied for 7th in the RAA in stolen bases with 34, came through for Pacifica with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the third. The left fielder went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 2 runs and collected 2 RBI.
