| Monarchs Come Up Short at Fraser Valley | Fraser Valley Black Bears starter Tommy Forbush was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Marysville Monarchs, 3-2. Fraser Valley has now won 4 straight.
Mark Wolter aided the Fraser Valley cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the first. For the game, the third baseman was 1 for 3 with a walk.
