Carson City pitcher Tino Gonzalez did his part in helping his team beat the Long Island Ducks, 4-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Gonzalez, now 11-7, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 5, walking 4, and allowing 3 earned runs. Hyun-sik Park was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 35 of 38 save opportunities.
