| Mustangs Come Up Short at Eureka | The Hornets had to overcome a good performance from Mile High pitcher Katsumi Nakata to claim a 2-1 win at The Nest. Nakata went 8 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. The winner was Victor Bustos in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Katsumi Nakata took the loss. Roger Rogers finished the game for Eureka and earned his 2nd save.
