| Shamrocks Roll Over Robins, 9-3 | Pacifica designated hitter Nate Moran was instrumental in his team's 9-3 win over the Bristol Robins. Moran, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2032 draft, went 1-3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Shamrocks. Bristol has now lost 4 consecutive games.
Moran had a key at-bat for Pacifica early in the game. With the bases loaded, he hit a grand slam home run. It was his 8th home run of the season and gave Pacifica an early 4-0 lead.
In comments to the Pacifica Daily News, Moran admitted that he doesn't always push himself. "But the results," he said, "speak for themselves."
