| Aces Solve Islanders, 6-4 | The Las Vegas Aces knocked off the Hawaii Islanders, 6-4, at Aloha Stadium. Callum Mannion, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Las Vegas won. The center fielder went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. With the win, the Aces have a record of 20-25.
The Aces beat the Islanders with some clutch hitting. The double by Bill Beasley in the top of the first is a good example. With two down, Beasley gave his team the lead, 2-0, when he came through with the big hit.
Beasley told a Las Vegas Daily News reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
