| Wolverines Edge Marauders, 5-4 | The Wichita Wolverines topped the Bradenton Marauders, 5-4, in TMLAA action at The Field at Bradenton. The player of the game was Wichita pitcher and Ponce, Puerto Rico native Victor Benavirez. Wichita reliever Ken Morita was the winner. His record is now 6-2. Noah Zwicker took the loss. The Wolverines bumped their record to 65-54 with this latest triumph.
This game was not decided until late. With two out in the top of the ninth, John Matchim drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Wolverines took the lead, 5-4.
