| Mustang Lose, 5-1, at The Studio | Cincinnati starter Jorge Soto pitched effectively against the Carson City Mustang at The Studio. The left-hander led his team to a 5-1 win. At 56-58, the Snaps are currently 4th in the TMLAA Jim Leyland Division.
The Snaps beat the Mustang with some clutch hitting. The double by Landen Jarman in the bottom of the fifth is a good example. With two down, Jarman gave his team the lead, 1-0, when he came through with the big hit.
"We'll savor this win," Jarman told the Cincinnati Daily, "then get ready for the next game."
