Takahashi Lifts Cornhuskers to 9-2 Win

The DeKalb Cornhuskers knocked off the Sandy Springs Spartans, 9-2, at The Coliseum. Juichi Takahashi, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason DeKalb won. The right fielder was 3 for 3 with a home run, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 3 runs. The Cornhuskers bumped their record to 59-56 with this latest triumph.
