| Stogies Top Black Knights in Extras | The Havana Stogies got a good effort from starter Levi Donahoo in defeating the Brooklyn Black Knights at Blue Ivy Stadium. The final score was 3-2. Mudasser Sabzvari finished to wrap up his 10th save. Havana is now 25-18, 2 games up in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division.
The Stogies got a big at-bat from right fielder Yeow-whye Jing. For the game, Jing went 2-5 with 2 singles. In the top of the tenth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 40th hit of the season gave Havana a 3-2 lead.
Donahoo told a Havana Daily reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
