The Madison Beehive and Sandy Springs Spartans provided some drama at The Coliseum.

The Sandy Springs Spartans had to overcome a big game from Madison designated hitter Marco Antonio Guillermo to leave The Coliseum with a 5-4 victory. Antonio Guillermo belted 2 home runs. The Beehive, now 44-57, have lost 14 in a row.

The game was decided with no one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Sandy Springs trailing 4-3, Yasushi Hagiwara hit a fastball from Kris Richardson to right-center for a 2-run double. Just like that, the Spartans had a walk-off win.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Hagiwara said in his postgame press conference.
