| Borawski Shines in Rams Win | The Frisco Rams downed the Long Island Ducks, 13-5, at Outlander Park. Bobby Borawski led the way, going 2-for-3 for Frisco. The Rams raised their record to 47-54.
Borawski contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Frisco in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 2-0, Borawski took a fastball from Bob Ruíz and stroked the home run to left-center. His 8th home run of the season allowed the Rams to leap in front, 3-2.
"We'll enjoy this win," said Borawski. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
